Anaerobic coffees are fermented in pressurized sealed containers deprived of oxygen. This results in a very different, complex and funky flavor profile.

This Mt. Apo coffee is processed and harvested by SERGIO-LOON COFFEE FARM, and is one of the best the Philippines can offer.

Excellent with filter.
